I'm passing this on because it has definitely worked for me.
By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found inner peace. It reads: "the way to achieve inner peace is to finish the things you've started." I looked around to see all the things I started and hadn't finished. So, today I have finished one bottle of white wine, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of Bailey's, my Prozac, a large box of chocolates and a quart of beer.
You have no idea how good I feel. You may pass this on to those you feel are in need of Inner Peace.
Have a marvelous day.

4. The gift of a WRITTEN NOTE. A brief, handwritten note may be remembered for a lifetime and it may even change an life.
5. The gift of a COMPLIMENT. A sincere, "you look great" or "that was a wonderful meal" can make someone's day.
6. The gift of a FAVOR. Every day, go out of your way to do something kind.
7. The gift of SOLITUDE. Be sensitive to the times when you want to be left alone and recognize and give that same gift to others.
