GPS metaphor

Most of us know how GPS devices work in our cars getting us from one location to another. Apply this analogy to achieving your dreams.

1. Give the device your destination (end result). Because it already knows where you are, as soon as you give it your destination, the GPS knows how to get you there--in the shortest, quickest, happiest route. But notice, the GPS doesn't start talking to you until you--

2. Put your car in gear (and roll). If you don't put your car in gear, it's basically telling the system where you want to go and then not letting it take you there. That's a giant contradiction. It's the same in life when you have dreams you don't consistently act on.
